I'm an experienced Public Cloud & Database Service Performance Lead at Barclays, specialising in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle and MSSQL service delivery. With 20+ years in IT service management, cloud operations and vendor optimisation, I’ve driven measurable improvements in service delivery across global enterprises.

I’ve worked with major organisations including Royal SunAlliance, Unilever, Hewlett Packard, and the Ministry of Defence. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of service management and cloud solutions, enabling me to deliver high standards in service performance. Leveraging AI-driven insights and automation, I help organisations optimise cloud environments, enhance reliability, and improve stakeholder experience.

Beyond my role, I’m committed to mental health advocacy as a Mental Health First Aider and member of the Zero Suicide Alliance. I’ve completed "Supporting Children's Mental Health and Wellbeing" and "Introduction to Adolescent Mental Health" courses through the Open University.
