With over 20 years of experience in ITIL processes and service transitions, Chris has led global teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure optimal service delivery.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked with major organisations including Royal SunAlliance, Unilever, Hewlett Packard, and the Ministry of Defence. His extensive experience across diverse industries has equipped him with a deep understanding of service management and cloud solutions, ensuring that he consistently delivers high standards in cloud service performance.

Beyond his professional role, Chris is passionate about supporting others. He is a Mental Health First Aider, a member of the Zero Suicide Alliance, and has completed the "Supporting Children's Mental Health and Wellbeing" and "Introduction to adolescent mental health" Open University courses. Helping colleagues and the next generation thrive is something he is truly dedicated to.
